Information we collect about you

We may collect your Personal Information, including Sensitive Data, as well as other data in general. Sensitive Data refers to optionally provided information such as comments or content such as images, videos, profiles, and lifestyles that may expose your ethnic origin, nationality, or religion. You consent to Right collecting, using, and disclosing Sensitive Data following relevant privacy regulations by providing Sensitive Data to Right. With your agreement, we will also gather your geolocation data. You authorize us to collect, process, and retain your data relating to the provision of the Service by using our app. When you submit personal information using our Service, it may be transmitted to servers in the United States and other countries across the world.

Furthermore, we gather and keep any personal information you give us when using our app or in any other way. These inconspicuous visuals are used to access cookies and track user behaviors like how many times a page is viewed. Pixel tags are used to track the popularity of our app's features and the services we offer. Pixel tags are also used by ad businesses to track the number of ads that are shown and their performance, such as how many people click on them.

Mobile device IDs: Instead of cookies, we recognize you using mobile device IDs, which are the unique identifiers issued to a device by the manufacturer, or Advertising IDs for iOS 6 and later. This is done so that we can save your preferences and track how you use our app. Device IDs, unlike cookies, cannot be removed, however, Advertising IDs can be reset in your iPhone's settings. Device IDs or Advertising IDs are also used by ad providers to track the number of ads seen, app usage, measure ad performance, and show you advertising that is more relevant to you. Device IDs are used by analytics businesses to track app usage data.

We will share your information with:

When you register as an Right  app user, your information will be shared with other users. Other app users will be able to see your profile. Other users will have immediate access to the information you've submitted to us.

 

Personal information: Except as stated in this Privacy Policy or when we notify you and provide you the option to opt-out of having your personal information shared, we do not share your personal information with anybody. We may share personal information with the following parties:

 

Service providers: Your personal information, including financial information, may be shared with third parties who provide services on our behalf. For example- order fulfillment, ad tracking, and analytics, member screenings, supporting our Service functionality, contests, sweepstakes, performing business and sales analysis, providing customer service and marketing assistance, surveys, and other features offered through our Service. Although the services providers may have access to your personal information for their servicing functions, they are not allowed to use that information in other regards.

If you have an Right account, you can review and change your personal information on the Service by heading to settings and opening your account. You may have the right under applicable privacy laws to view and remedy any inaccuracies or omissions in your personal information under our control. Our Privacy Officer will help you with your access request.

 

Within the timeframes set forth by all applicable privacy regulations, we will reply to your profile requests, and try our best to reply accurately, promptly, and completely. Corrections to personal information will be notified to any organizations to whom it was disclosed as soon as possible.

We may not be able to offer access to the certain personal information we keep in rare circumstances. The Privacy Officer does not have access to all personal information for security reasons. If access or corrections are not possible, we shall notify the person who made the request in writing within 30 days of the reasons for the refusal.

A video calling function, for example, may require access to your camera.

Notifications are also sent to your mobile device using our service. You may turn off these notifications by heading to the app's App Settings or changing your mobile device's settings. You may also manage the information that cookies collect. By modifying your device settings, you can erase or reject cookies.

Eligibility:

To utilize our service, you must be at least 18 years old to establish an account on the Right app. You represent and warrant that by creating an account and using the Service, you will:

 

  • You can make a legally binding agreement with Right.

  • You are not a person who is prohibited by the laws of the United States or any other applicable jurisdiction from using the Service

  • You will abide by the Agreement, as well as all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations.

 

Arbitration, Class-Action Waiver, and Jury Waiver:

Except for users who reside in the European Union or the European Economic Area, and where relevant law prohibits it:

  • Binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under the Consumer Arbitration Rules shall be the sole means of resolving any dispute or claim arising out of or pertaining to this Agreement or the Service. Whether you pick small claims court or arbitration, you are not permitted to file a lawsuit or other representative action or process against the Company.

  • You agree to the above arbitration agreement by using the Service in any way. By doing so, you relinquish your right to take the Company to court to assert or defend any claims you may have against it. You also relinquish your right to take part in an event or other activity. Your rights will be evaluated by a Neutral Arbitrator rather than a judge or jury, and the arbitrator will decide any concerns concerning the arbitrariness of the dispute. You are entitled to a fair hearing in front of the arbitrator.

  • This Agreement, as well as any disagreement between you and the Right, will be governed by the laws of the United States of America, without respect to principles of conflict of laws, with the exception of this arbitration agreement, which will be regulated by the Federal Arbitration Act.
